Get ready to be wined and dined with a fine feast served on Vahling Vineyards’ Patio! Meet & Greet begins at 5pm with glass of wine and appetizers. Meal will be served at 6pm (see full menu in comments). Live music will be provided by Tonya Bell. Advance tickets only are $45 plus tax and include the meal, a glass of wine and a souvenir glass to take home. Please call 217-682-5409 to reserve your seat today!

Menu:
Appetizers: Asparagus spirals – asparagus wrapped with apple wood smoked bacon and puff pastry
Stuffed mushrooms – button mushroom caps stuffed with a filling of Italian sausage and grated parmesan cheese
Pineapple wrap – fresh pineapple tidbit wrapped with bacon

Soup: Butternut squash and pumpkin soup – soup made with roasted butternut squash and pumpkin, drizzled with crème fresh, and sprinkled with roasted pumpkin seeds.

Salad: Fall Harvest Salad – a blend of hearty greens served with roasted squash, apples, and pears. Tossed in an apple vinaigrette and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds and a shaving of goat cheese

Entrée: Slow Roasted Pork Crown Roast – hearty chop slow roasted with herbs and seasonings topped with an apple and pear compote
Hassleback Potatoes – seasoned russet potatoes fanned out and baked until golden brown
Roasted Fall Blend Vegetables – broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots roasted with olive oil topped with toasted panko breadcrumbs

Dessert: Poached Pear – Bartlett pear poached in Toe Tingler wine with brown sugar and cinnamon sticks served warm with a syrup made from the cooking liquid
